Damaged or Defective Items

My item arrived damaged, help!

 If your item arrived damaged, please notate the damage on the Proof of Delivery (POD). We require notification of any damages within 72 business hours of receipt of the item. If you have already accepted a damaged item, please reach out to support@morethanbath.com and provide photos of the damage as well as your Purchase Order number.

If you believe that there is an issue or defect with the product that you have purchased, please send us an email to support@morethanbath.com or call us at (310) 541-9930 so that we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you do not note the specific damage and accept the items in good condition, you are waiving your rights to a claim. Morethanbath is not responsible for any minor or major damages that are not noted on the delivery receipt.
